Remaining in the vine requires us to experience the love of God, to continue experiencing the love of God, to respond to His love with faithful living, and to express His love to others.

It is only by the light of Jesus that we can see where we are and where we need to be. It is only by the light of Jesus that we can accurately see what we have been doing and what we need to be doing. It is only by the light of Jesus that we will ever understand that we are lost without Him, and in need of a Savior.
