Women's Ministry Team

Our goal is to equip, empower, encourage and embrace all women. As a ministry, we offer opportunities to grow in Christ-like maturity, to be united in fellowship, and to serve in humility as we lean on each other for strength, accountability and support. We recognize that no one is perfect. It is exhausting to try and act like we have it all together. At Parkview, we encourage vulnerability through developing relationships with other women, who desire to learn more about Jesus as we deepen our faith and love those who are around us.

Throughout the year we plan numerous events, outings, studies and gatherings. Parkview seeks to connect you to Christ through studies that are relevant to life while being led by women who truly have a heart for God. Parkview Women’s Ministry seeks to connect you to other women. We do this by offering events, and casual gatherings where we can talk, laugh and cry together. Parkview also seeks to connect you to the community through mentoring and service opportunities. We know that it is because of Christ and His love for us that we are able to love others.

Prayer Team Ministry

Our goal is to make Parkview Christian Church a house of prayer through belief that prayer is foundational in our life and ministry. By prayer we praise God, request His resources and call upon the Holy Spirit to empower our ministries and the membership of the body.

Hospitality Team

During times of loss the Hospitality Team works behind the scenes to help alleviate the stress of those in mourning. We also help with other events like our Thanksgiving Meal or other yearly potlucks.

Guest Relations Ministry Team

We are the first face you see when you enter Parkview's doors. Our goal is to support new families, visitors, and guests as we guide them to the proper classroom or area of interest. We work in conjunction with the Ushers and Coffee Bar to make both new and existing members feel connected. We recruit and schedule couples or families to greet at our entrances and Welcome Center before, during and after services.

Chair Ministry Team

The Chair Team is primarily responsible for setting up and tearing down the chairs whenever we have certain events or ministry opportunities that take place in our Great Room. We use rotating teams to cover each month. Some of the events we are heavily involved in are: Upward Basketball, Concerts, Worship Services, Bible Study Fellowship, and any other additional requests made by the leadership or staff.

Buildings and Grounds Team

The Buildings and Grounds Team is responsible to maintain the physical facilities of the church building to make sure everything is in excellent condition. We want to insure that the grounds around the building are maintained with flowers, landscaping, trimming, and mowing so our facility is aesthetically pleasing to everyone who sees Parkview. We also maintain the inside and outside of the building making sure we are honoring the building that God has gifted us with.
