From I-75: Exit 161 and head East on CR 99. Remain on 99 (becomes TR 212) until it intersects CR 236. Turn right on CR 236. Parkview will be straight ahead, just past the first stoplight. Turn left into our parking lot. Across from Clyde-Findlay Area Credit Union.
From Main Street: Take Center Street East. Vear Left onto SR 12. Follow SR 12 to County Road 236. Parkview is located at the corner of SR 12 and CR 236.
